Refund policy

Due to the perishable and custom-made nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on any baked goods or party supplies.

However, your satisfaction means everything to us. If there is an issue with your order — such as damage during delivery, a missing item, or a mistake on our part — please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to make it right.

All refund or replacement requests must be accompanied by a photo and description of the issue. We reserve the right to determine whether a refund, replacement, or credit will be issued.

Custom Orders & Event Bookings

Custom orders and cupcake trailer bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance to discuss possible accommodations.
