Are your cupcakes made fresh?

Yes — every single cupcake and treat is baked fresh to order. We never freeze our cupcakes (except for special cake pops or items marked as frozen).

Do you offer gluten-free, vegan, or nut-free options?

We have gluten-free and vegan cupcakes available every day! Nut-free is possible too — just let us know in the order notes and we’ll bake yours in a separate batch to avoid cross-contamination. All allergens are clearly marked on each product page.

How far in advance should I place my order?
  • Regular cupcake & treat box orders → at least 48 hours
  • Custom-decorated cupcakes or larger orders (4 dozen+) → 5–7 days
  • Cupcake Trailer bookings → minimum 2 weeks (holidays need 4–6 weeks)
What is your refund/cancellation policy?

Because everything is freshly baked and often custom-made, all sales are final. However, if something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and we’ll make it right (replacement, credit, or refund).
Trailer bookings and custom orders are non-refundable but can sometimes be rescheduled with at least 72 hours notice.

Do you ship cupcakes?

We do not ship anything that needs refrigeration (so no cupcakes or frostings), but we happily ship treat boxes, painted cookies, sprinkles, and party supplies nationwide!

How does the Cupcake Trailer work?

We bring our adorable pink trailer to your location, fully stocked with fresh cupcakes and treats. We serve your guests for 2–3 hours (or longer), handle everything, and clean up afterwards. Perfect for birthdays, graduations, weddings, corporate events, and holidays.

How many people does the trailer serve?

It depends on the package you choose — our packages start at 50 guests and go up to 200+ with unlimited cupcakes and treats. Bigger parties are no problem, just let us know the headcount and we’ll create the perfect package for you.

Pickup or delivery?

Both! Free pickup at our bakery. Local delivery is $4.99 (free on orders over $100).

Do you offer cupcake subscriptions?

Absolutely — 6 or 12 cupcakes every week or every month, delivered or ready for pickup. Great for offices or just treating yourself. Pause or cancel anytime.

I have allergies — is your kitchen safe?

We work with gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy daily. We take every precaution and offer gluten-free/vegan options, but we are not a 100% allergen-free facility.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and payment plans for trailer bookings.
